Unable to view ten 1 hd while subscribed to ten 1 channel and paying HD access fees. What should be the problem ?
I am on south sports special pack

Ten HD is a special case. Does not directly link to Ten 1 SD.

You have two options.

1. Take Ten 1 HD ala carte(you will not get Ten 1 SD).

2. Or take Ten pack I.e. Sports 2 pack.

Ten 1 HD channel can be viewed by subscribers on Sports Dhamaka, Bumper & Ultra base packs or Sports 2, All Sports Add on packs upon payment of HD access fee. Alternatively, the channel can also be subscribed to as an A-la-carte channel @ 75 rs pm.

I am on Grand Sports annual pack with HD access fee paid for the year. But why I am not getting Ten1 HD?

Grand sports pack does not have Ten channels. You will have to additionally subscribe to sports 2 pack or ten hd alacarte.

It's not Tata Sky TEN channel are costly see in Hathway base pack only Ten1 come but in Star channel Star Sports 2 & Star Sports 3 both come.
