UNIVERSAL HD S2 SET TOP BOX (Details & Updates)

Hello everyone,
Today I represent my Universal HD S2 stb with its features.
The purchased this stb from Mumbai Market. In 2012, A popular marathi channel ordered 200 stb for his setup, one of them i got. This Box have best features at that time when i purchased.
1. Good Picture Clarity.
2. refresh rate 2Sec. per channel interference.
3. PVR supports.
4. USB supports.
5. 5.1 dolby digital Sound supports.
6. best User Interference.
7. No Heating Problem.* 72 hrs tested by myself.
8. Update by USB.
9. lock weak signal in any weather.
10. HDMI Supports.

The software GUI interference is Shown below::hello

Overall good for viewing FTA:hd mode. No Any Key Option.

Needs To Upgrade firmware.
Two drawbacks are in this model.
1.When I Save the Fav. list or arranged the channels, and after blind scan/ auto scan it flashes his saved list (*Dishtv TP's scan automatically everytime removed the Fav.list)
2. Some time USB not detected, but sometime Memory card mount successfully.


I need experts advice help/solution.



1) The UNIVERSAL HD STB, Which is similar to the Solid HD S2 9030, Details are below.

Universal HD STB=

Solid STB=

***Is this possible to update my universal box with solid 9030 updates.?*****

Is the Solid STB updated firmware is capable to UNIVERSAL Stb?
2) The box have no RS232 connectivity , how I could dump the my universal original firmware to USB drive.
3) on which Google I got accurate info.
4)#Also I want to turn to solid 6033 latest stb, is it right choice or any other you suggest?

SOLID 9030 STB HW: S-GN133-V1.5.
Both have same interference

Can I upgrade my universal stb with Solid 9030 firmware update?
