UPC DTH, which provides satellite TV services in Slovakia and the Czech Republic under the brand freeSAT, is offering a new seasonal service called Music Choice Summer festival, which will broadcast from summer festivals all over Europe. The channel is available from 02 June to 29 August to all customers with the package freeSAT medium and with an HD satellite receiver or DVR.
Music Choice includes ten digital music channels. FreeSAT is cooperating with Music Choice to run an online competition for two pairs of tickets for the festivals Rock for People or Pohoda. The Czech festival Rock for People takes place from 03 to 05 July in Hradec Kralove, and the Slovak festival Pohoda takes place from 10 to 12 July in Trencin. The competition runs from 28 May for fifteen days on the freeSAT website and on the Facebook profiles of freeSAT Czech Republic and freeSAT Slovakia.
