DDF Exclusive Upcoming Platform Changes - 23rd April 2019

After this BIG announcement from TATA|sky side some questions are arriving at this moment.

1) All SIPL Broadcaster Packs will be discontinued and new SIPL Broadcaster Packs will be launched. So if someone has subscribed a particular SIPL Broadcaster Packs say "Star Bengali Premium Hd" and it withdrawn on 23rd then can it will automatically change to New BC Pack " Star Hindi-Bengali Premium Hd"? Or all of a sudden Subscriber will face BlackOut on TV and then again have /( Or Subscriber need ) to change it manually through App?

2)SIPL have named the pack in their RIO document file as " Star Hindi-Bengali Premium HD" but in the T|S pdf link it named "Star Hindi-Bengali Premium HD A " & "Star Hindi-Bengali Premium HD B". Both priced at Rs. 130/- MRP and consists 24 channels (Column no.101 & 102 of T|S Pdf Link mentioned in Post#1).
So when this 2 splits of a same package happened and where we can get the full channel lists of the 2 split packs?
( The main Package Channel List is there in the Star Pdf Link).

3.Regarding Colorswala Bengal Budget HD pack and other TV 18 Bengali Packs now 2 Channels are added but T|S have not added that in their platform namely
a) Fy1TV 18 HD & b) Colors Bangla Cinema.
So on 23rd Apr onwards can we expect these 2 channels on the platform and will be available for subscribe in respective Packages?

4.And yes as @SarfaRaZ bro mentioned that "Odia Pack" is little costlier in respect of Channels.

@Sagar @Basil @Anish Pai @SarfaRaZ bros. Do Share some valuable thoughts on these regards.

I don't think they are going to add FYHd and colors bangla cinema soon because in the tatasky pack details they are showing 16 channel in Bangla budget Hd plus pack but in actual package contains 18 channel...Similar instance in other HD pack also..They will squeeze the money without providing the channel for no valid reason...Instead they will add crap news or teleshopping channels. If these things continue and If Airtel succeeds in dish tv acquisition TS will be in trouble...At present post TRaI regime everybody should abide by regulation...It's a open market after all

Dishtv and Airtel are missing lot of channels in broadcaster packages while Tata Sky is missing max 5-6 channels here and there and that too regional ones. Dishtv and Airtel have to do a lot to catch Tata Sky.

The Fact is FYHD was in platform but removed later...Regional reach is more important in new regim..Around 2010 n 11 D2h gain market share by catering regional taste at the cost of other player...In South TS still fails to surpass Sun. Being Pan india player they should cater to regional taste also. Ts should know that Ts is providing channel to the premium segment customer who can afford Ts connection because of its so called premium Tag,further at post trai era more and more taking ts connection for better service than local cable.

This tatasky new pack list still missing Turner Family HD plus pack costing 14.75 which includes all channels of Turner including CN hd.

One package will have Star Sports 1 HD Hindi and other one will have Star Sports 1 Bangla.Certain Star Bouquets have option to choose between 2 channels.Those packages have been split by TS as A and B.

Hav u checked channels which include in star English pack. Premium pack is include Eng entertainment, Moives, Infotainment & Sports channels

Star English Mini (3 channels) at Rs 24, HD at Rs 41 while Zee Prime (4 channels) at Rs 17, HD at Rs 30.
You are talking about the Premium Pack which costs Rs 58 for SD and Rs 100 for HD.

Wait for cricket series to be over...Star will find it difficult to sale...Already star utsav.star bharat, utsav movies,etc not finding takers so included in new packs.. Earlier few were in FreeDish..Now they are paid...viwership falling drastically
