OTV moves TDSAT for 'Recovery'

• Petitioner (OTV) wants an interim direction for payment of some specific amount of money for which TDS appears to have been deposited.
• Respondent (Independent TV) seeking certain reliefs on the basis of order VII rule 11 read with Section 151 of the CPC.
• OTV told to disclose the exact amount of dues payable for the period covered by the earlier agreement which expired on 30.03.2017 and amount which OTV has claimed for the period after said date.
• Matter posted under same head for next week.
