We can activate it by our d2h account or call CC. But we need the account balance above 1000 Rs, becoz when we activate this add-on 999 Rs will immedietly deducted from our account...

No hd addon without base pack.HD add-on is not applicable on flexi packs & customer needs to upgrade to a higher base pack to avail HD add-on .
A-la-carte channels can be opted by customer on flexi packs.
