I think d2h is removing UTV World Movies because of low demand of this channels of d2h subscriber as before they removed mgm channel because of low count of viewers

Not sure. But I watched NDTV Lumiere through Hathway in Chennai. They had good movies from other languages. Not sure if this channel still exists. If yes then it is good if they are adding this channel.
