We will come to know ncf before submit
Popular kannada combo ncf is 95rs
Mostly cheap rate combos have less ncf
If we take bouquet wise
NCF is 153rs

NCF differs for different packs. In "create your own pack", when you submit your selection, you can see your NCF, then you can close the webpage.

Also there are free add on combos including HD channels for free check add ons option and sort by low to high

They are really free of cost
Also i think there is no mistake because they clearly mentioned there as FREE HINDI GEC hd addon so there will no price update as i think but everyone knows that this is not permanent addons

How come only for my account, since I have multi tv connections(3 stb's). No idea. It is not listing any HD channels or packs even though I have all 3 HD boxes
