This is due to channel movement between tps

Im sure there are lot of HD and SD Channel addition going to happens as d2h now have lot of space after activation of 10th TP...they added 10th TP even though there was space after adding 9th TP...that means something big is going to happen...but now the question is when and which channels will fill up this space.

In Case Of Testing Any New Channels ( They Usually Does After 10pm Before Addition)

and Fox Crime, MGM and WE are Shifted On TP 11164 V
Not on 11164 H

Totally 24 Channels Is Blank (May Be Testing)
