Videocon d2h has increased multi room charges

Now videocon d2h customers have to pay a high amount for monthly subscription for secondary sd as well as hd connections

u will charged the same old rate till 6 months since u took the multi room connection (for multi room connections taken before today). like if u took multi room connection on 1st jan then for 6 months till 1st july u will b charged with old charges only)

this is a rule of trai and applies to pricing of all dth operators.
like if i took a videocon d2h connection on 1st jan or suppose i have an old connection in which i upgraded to platinum pack on 1st jan and videocon d2h increases price of platinum hd pack on 5th jan so in both above cases of u will b cahrged according to old charges for 65 months starting from date of purchase or the day u upgraded ur pack

whenever i come to know of price being increased by any dth opartor for top ups or packages , i laways remove that top up or pack one day before price increase and add that top up or pack same day so that from tomorrow when prices r increased i get the prices in same old price for 6 months

i have two child connection in platinum pack. It means I have to pay 1560 rupees pa extra without getting any extra channel or services .:angry:angry

bro still videocon d2h is very less costly, they had to increase price as right now they hardly earn anything. they have to pay to so many channel, taxes and invest in running businees so to earn money they will have to do it

see tata sky, they charge Rs 710 for watching sd and hd chs if u have one primary and one secondary connection, still u do not get many chs in base packs as well as tata sky does not have many chs on their platform. still usee videocon d2h is giving max sd and hd chs and compare the cost to tata sky, still we pay very less in videocon d2h.

It has been around 15 days of d2h dvr at my home. From yesterday recorded contents are giving stuck audio like any scratch cd gives. When i restart the box it becomes fine and again same issue after few hours...any suggestions?
