Actually i was facing some epg issues so i called cc and engg came and updated it to 25 from 21..i was asking just for future ref in case i face issues again..this time it was free as its under warranty.bt after a yr they will charge for it..i am just confused bcoz its model no is hd 2244 and d2h says its a sd box..
