I have D2H HD 3D box, Can someone guide me on how to upgrade software manually?

Please provide me the steps and link to download the software...

i have a problem when i open sd channel on my decoder very well watch when i drag a hd channel my stb black a screen like that no work hd channle and hang with other option when i restart my decoder so very well so plz help
me what a problem ...So plz tell me step by step...thx in advance.....
