Videocon D2H is not working and engineer don't call even after 12 days

I live in Visakhapatnam and using Videocon D2H for more than 4 years with no complaint. Last month when I relocated, I asked for shifting D2H on 11th September. But they only shifted it after 6 days from the date I requested for shifting. But the installation wasn't finished properly. I got very poor quality. So after giving a new complaint and a request for disconnection, they fixed it on 26th which is 15 days delay. Their customer team promised a refund of 15 days. But request is cancelled as there is no single complaint which is 15 days. But I do have mail transaction with them stating it was delayed for 15 days.

Due to hudhud super cyclone, my dish is damaged on 12th October. I requested service on 17th when my mobile service is restored. I called again on 20th. They promised service in 48 hours. After 48 hours, they again promised it in 24 hours. Then in 8 hours. But till now no one fixed my issue and they don't even called me.

So again about 15 days of no service. Adding with last month, total one month. My D2H is already expired. I am not planning on recharge it as they didn't fixed the problems in resonable time. At least they don't care about their customers. I am tried of calling their customer care who promises everything in this world just to end the call. Funny thing is even local cable operators fixed their cables in just 6 days, but D2H needs more than a decade to fix my problem. So I requested for disconnection which will be finished by November 3rd.

Just want to gave a shot in this forum on best dth provider before opting for local cable TV.

Which one is the best service provider? If any problem araises, in how many days, they will fix it? I hate to live with out television for longer days.Been with out it from more than 17 days. (Since 12th October till today)

Welcome back. On looking at your name in the main page itself, I was 100% sure that you will post saying "write on FB page" and I am correct.

Even after taking a gap still you are posting the same only. But this time it is good suggestion.

I don't think cyclone is the cause as they did the same to my last service request.

I tried AP nodal officer number which is listed in dreamdth. But it is invalid. I am not interested in begging for service. I should demand it. But they are not listening.

I am not interested in continuing with them. Customers must get their service when they need. It is 18 days now from cyclone. Still they are not caring their customers. In my area, none of Videocon D2H is working, how come that???

I tried aligning the dish myself, but to vain, I get zero signal at what ever the angle it is.
