Why are they doing any innovation before fixing Firmware issue?

1. When I schedule recording from EPG, the margin I have set for buffer time (10 min before time recording and 20min after time recording) does not work.
2. Channel switch skips channels at times.
3. System boots in 1min to 2min.
4. Recording gets deleted automatically.
5. At times while formatting without erase option also deletes all data.
6. EPG is not really correct all the time and recorded contents are not 100% due to this.

If they have fixed recording facility in generation then they should go for next level hardware upgrade strategy...

While launching 500 GB, they role these feature, but reraly few working perfectly.

So I have doubt over new stb with bug free feature.

They will bring hardware or dab a from china, but without good service its waste.

The only good thing Iis plain HD stab with 22 HD channels

D2h can't give replacement for their of stb.

Its ur fault ad companies advantage that u r using inferior product while giving same revenue to company

Hi There,

If someone owns a Videocon D2H HD DVR 1000 GB then could they please confirm if this box supports changing to a configuration of 60Hz refresh rate?

Appreciate if someone could have a look at the menu and let me know.

I know that the simple HD STB (without recording) as at Digital Set Top Boxes - DTH HD Set Top Box - HD TV India - DTH Dish - Videocon D2H has this option in the menu.

Please guide.
