Benefit will be that as per their statement the funds will be used for various things including expansion and addition of more services. So the expectation is that more channels will be added especially hd channels.

No. Never. They are expecting arpu to increase. What we need is for them to add those hd channels so that they regain the position they occupied once. If they don't add the hd channels by end May, then you can expect that they have used up the monies for other stuff and they have no inclination to satisfy viewer demands.
