i am mail to cc and nodal office they called me and told this pack not existing customer only for new connection, so how i activate this pack my location theni 625531 pls help me

Bro , i did recharge for exact amount Rs.1500 (Sentamizh pack 1 year )as told by cc and called them again through 91156 91156(Chargeable) .Got message from cc changed my pack. You can try through toll free no. 1800 137 0111. Tell them i want to change my pack to Sentamizh pack.
