Videocon DDB D2H (built in setup box) Stuck logo screen

1. Tried pressing green,0,5, mute button not working.
Then i called videocon service center , they came and did same think but problem not resolve .

Please if some one have any idea . please share. Thanks in Advance

Same problem. Whenever they update their software, consumers suffers.
