Seeking Help Videocon DDB D2H Stuck logo screen

I have two Videocon DDB Tv. both tv Stuck logo in screen. It update issue in D2H . please help what to do now. I try to reset back button continously press And it show UNABLE TO ACQUIRE FRONT END SIGNAL.but nothing happens.My Download Id 47. Please help....
