Yes because i still get the digital signal, i enquired my lco collection guy about vk digital he said the decision has to be taken by the owner. I think this 31 dec  2016 deadline these changes are done. We will have to wait and see, in lot of channels there is a scroll about the deadline that is running.

At present SCV is the only best performer for Digital cable Industries, because they only having 24/7 operators support & service... They only able to give best package & price... No other MSO where not give better support for operators. If the operators get the better support, they will give best service for the public...
