So they thinking it is an Adult scene. What a shame👎

Very good. It is an honor to indian flag that they blurred it from shows like Bigg Boss. Hats off to admin 😂😂

I think we should not criticize them. There are different rules/copyright violations for TV channels and digital. TMKOC also shows songs in TV episodes but mutes them in digital episodes. There must be a reason behind this.

To showcase few symbols like national flag, red cross, etc you need to have permission of various authorities.

not only flag but even national emblem or anything related to as an country India fiction or non fiction cant use, if any one have noticed even in court scene they smudge anything related to India

Filmmakers and television shows should obtain prior permission from the authorities to show/use the national flag in their film/shows. They should also justify the necessity to use the flag in a particular scene. Government prohibits unnecessary use of the national flag in films and shows.

Even after obtaining the permission the film/show should use the flag in proper dimensions confirming to the flag code.

Now coming to the incident in BiggBoss show, Actor Sivakarthikeyan who came in as a guest to promote his upcoming film Amaran, which is based on the real life incident of Major Mukund handed over ROUND BADGES of the flag which do not comply with the flag code. It should not be displayed anywhere as per the directives of the government. That is why it must be blurred.

I do not see any disrespect or wrong in the blurring of the badge. In fact it is actually respect to the flag imo.

Exactly. I'm very surprised that this became a big issue everywhere without even thinking why would someone blur a national flag unless for exceptional reasons. Twitter is becoming a place for posting things internationally to gain engagements in comments and earn money. In this case, it was so obvious.
