Yeah He Said That But Is She Minding Those Words?

mp election awaited so she wont loss the muslim votes and try to make it sensational issue only for vote.

now another controversy lights up...... :sp:sp:sp

I&B minister Manish Tewari has said that a State govt. DO NOT have powers to ban a film that was cleared and certified by the Censor board.

"And the Supreme Court was very categorical that Article 246,
seventh schedule, list one, entry sixty gives the central government the powers to certify films for exhibition and once the Central Board for Film Certification has taken a particular view, it binds all the other instrumentalities of the state."

anyhow now court has interfered and lets wait for the judgement ;)

dam 999 banned by supreme court.

court has powers to interfere in any issue/department... but here the film was initially banned by TN govt. and if I&B ministry asks a clarification on how a state govt. could ban a film cleared by Censor (which operates under central govt.) then a controversy would start ;););)

I Think The Movie Is Banned By District Collectors Right

1 st reason is already post.
2nd reason , Kamal palanned release with SUN SD & HD booking also gone well that time.
3rd reason , Kamal said P. Chithamparam will be come as PM in next election. at P.C function.

Now,Judge also said to talk with TN government. but Still Kamal refused that.....

"dam 999" is a different issue and was opposed by most of the people in TN, but "Viswaroopam" is different, every one wants to watch it but due to some irresponsible politicians the movie faces a Ban.
