Yes, this may happen but it does not mean Star Plus is getting less viewership. Star Plus is available on just Pay TV platforms and if it is still managing to get such high ratings and remain ahead of Goldmines which gets viewership from both pay tv as well as DD Free Dish, this means Star Plus is far ahead of Goldmines in the Pay TV Segment.

Overall too the data regarding top 5 channels from various states / regions need to b studied in more detail to understand how channels r performing.
Any region/state where DD Free Dish has strong penetration, u will see more channels present on that platform making it to Top 5 list and similar thing happens if Pay TV platforms have more presence in certain states / regions. GEC channels always get more ratings compared to movie channels hence appear moe on Top 5 list

One would b confused why Goldmines being a movie channel is entering Top 5 list across most regions while other movie channels either do not make it to the list or even if some do then presence is.minimal. Reason is simple , Goldmines is a hindi movie channel which is available across pay tv and DD Free Dish platforms and Goldmines Group does not have any other channel which is exclusive to pay tv platform in which case viewership would have gotten divided between them. Cumulative viewership of Goldmines always remains high and reflects in Top 5 list each week
If you take the case of channels like Star Utsav Movies, Zee Anmol Cinema, Sony Wah they do get viewership from both pay tv and DD Free Dish platform but their parent company also have multiple other pay tv platform exclusive channels thus they tend to get more ratings than these FTA market centric channels on pay tv platform. Hence cumulative ratings of Star Utsav Movies, Sony Wah, Zee Anmol Cinema will always remain lower than Goldmines.

Pay TV exclusive Hindi Movie Channels get good ratings but again they will not appear in Top 5 list as in regions where Pay TV platforms have stronger reach there will always be Hindi GEC channels getting lot higher viewership than Hindi Movie Channels and if DD Free Dish has bigger reach in certain regions still Hindi GEC channels will get reflected more in Top 5 list alongwith Goldmines bcoz of higher cumulative ratings it achieves

I already knew Mika Di Voti will not get good ratings, it is not at all interesting to watch. Rakhi/Rahul Ka Swayambar on NDTV Imagine (Imagine TV) had great style of presentation which is why this show was a hit, Star Bharat should have tried to include all those elements in their show

I really appreciate that point actually I liked the show and I'm rooting for Mika Paaji & Neet To Get married and she's one of the best contestant in that Show
