Please make corrections in your chart your are shown Maharashtra/goa in Hindi Speaking state. It should be in other states because Maharashtra is Marathi Speaking state and Goa is konkani cum Marathi speaking state.

I guess Mumbai in Maharashtra only and most of Mumbaikar's speaking in Hindi.

If I include Marathi in other State then Gujrat, Rajasthan, MP and 2 to 3 states also comes in Other State Brother.

Only outsider from maharashtra are speaking hindi in mumbai, not all. And it's not meant that more hindi speakers are in mumbai means the entire state called as hindi speaking state. Maharashtra is always and forever Only Marathi state.
