Bad days for Sun Network. Following Gemini TV now Gemini Movies out from Telugu top 5.
Surya TV struggling to maintain 5th position in the table. Udaya TV slowly settling in the 4th position on Kannada tables, not raising any challenges to Suvarna. Sun TV already lost its unbeatable No.1 position in all India Top 10(else it only breaks on the IPL season) and now pushed to 3rd or 4th positions permanently. As per today's report the difference between Sun TV & Vijay TV narrowed lot.

Udaya TV distroyed themselves only. They were Strong on Movies at weekends,But started Showing dubbed Movies, which made them loose the Viewers and Lot of Experiment of changing slot made ratings decrease.
Sun network is not investing,Which made them loose, Also only GEC without any Reality Show,No Afternoon Serials, Not renewing their Movies and focus on dubbing, Not Buying New Movies.

Still they can Comeback if they invest more.5 weeks back they were at 465AMA.

sun network don't interest any shows other than serials in the last few years which makes affecting very badly to their gec channels, they not try to invest shows like biggboss to boost trp,sun network last 10 years cost cutting shows only nothing gain trp chart

Sun Tv TRP struggle

Sun tv losing its viewership slowly. At the same time star Vijay gaining it's viewership slowly

Sun TV once a dominant player in the Tamil television space, has seen a gradual decline in TRP, particularly due to a reduction in the number of reality shows it broadcasts. Sun TV had a robust lineup of such reality programs, but now, it has dwindled to just one, TCDC (Top Cooku Dupe Cooku).

The rise of Star Vijay, which has been gaining viewership by diversifying its content and focusing on what audiences currently prefer.

Star Vijay has strong portfolio with popular serials and reality shows (Tamil reality shows king), though it still lags behind in the movie segment.

On the other hand, Sun TV continues to hold its ground with popular serials (Tamil serial king) and weekend movie broadcasts but lacks the variety of reality programs

Sun tv have very strong viewership in rural and vijay Tv have strong viewership in Urban
