Well y people r comparing with other DTH packs as soon as Tatasky / or any other DTH hike the price .. Only Tatasky users to worry or one who is happy then they buy Tatasky or any other DTH.. if not surely they will buy other DTH which they r happy and comfortable with their packs.. ...

Price of every DTH Packs r hiked and going to be hiked more in coming days for either or some reasons.. As soon as any one oops hiked the fight begins . really astonishing attitude from few..

TS is thinking the way...but users are changing from TS to other dth and local cable..

with adding any new telugu channels, TS increasing the price....

we are living in india and in india every things price hiking every month like petrol, vegetables etc.. :u

so why not dth have right to hike just 10-20 rupees per years as dth also bounded with 33% Entertainment tax

and as compared to US we are getting 10 times cheaper dth packages in india and if indian users want 100+ HD channels in near future than ready to pay channels price like us :dodgy

The living standard of India and of USA is differant ...
if any one doesnt want to pay the access hiked price then they r free to change their DTH Connection.. DTH people might give u some offers might not too .. But the final decision is in our hands to select ..

that all peoples know but all want US likes channels at indian price :lol

if we see an examples of HBO premium channels price than its is full showing US based movies and series but peoples are saying that the price is too high

also in one time no one watching all channels of dth :k

for me i am wathching only 2-3 channels per day but paying much more :shy

Well changing DTH just because of price hike is difficult as there is no guarantee that other DTH players dont increase the price. Also, we need to consider cost of purchase as well.

As the Package prices have increased, I have downgraded my package accordingly from Mega Pack --> Supreme Sports Kids --> Supreme Sports

Next year when my Annual pack is going to end, I am planning to downgrade to South Sports Pack

Atleast we don't have the PPV (Pay per View) system in India till date ...... Marquee and Live Events are aired only through PPV .....Star are looking for go through that route to monetize ie SS Premium HD Service .... But making Entertainment expensive only is disastrous as the Standard of Living of People in India is very poor compared to US

D2h : Have u checked the foot note of D2h ? :lol All ...... channels are on promotional basis and will be available till 31St Aug 2014

ADTV : Less number of HD channels :dodgy

RDTV : I think they have plan to Shut down their business :u

Sun : Virtually doesn't exists in ROI. :s
