what are channels which are very popular but still not added in dishtv??

There are many popular channels but dishtv not adding them. I had a chat with MTunes HD regarding its SD feed addition on DishTV But they had said dishtv himself not want to add its SD so problem from DishTV End MTunes SD want to come on DishTV But dishtv does not want MTunes SD....
