What does VoD Value pack mean ?

Dear Members,

I just got new HD+ got installed.
I have "VoD Value (Monthly) Rs. 0 " in my package.
Also I recvd SMS saying I am entiled for 30 day FREE VoD value pack.
What does this mean ?

Can I download chargeable content for free ?

Yes...it essentially means the same...you can download titles for free for a month...but otherwise it is 50rs per month if you subscribe to monthly VoD pack...but to be very sure either you need to check with CC or try downloading some 5-10rs video to see if you are charged anything...

That is what I thought. But wanted confirm.
I tried chatting on TSky help-desk, the guy was essentially just pasting my package structure without giving me concrete answer.
So just thought to check with experts

VOD = videos on demand
