What Happened to Sahara network channels like Sahara one, Filmy, Firangi etc?

Filmy only airs a few movies and majority teleshopping.

Why are not they shutting down these useless channels? All of these channels are unavailable on most of major dth platform as well as on cable tv.

Colors or Sony should buy Sahara ONE.. its a great oppurtunity to make a second GEC considering people still remember it

Firstly, Colors & Sony will not buy Sahara one.Secondly, I remember in sep,2014 Sony did it they launched Sony Pal as it's 2nd flagship GEC but it was not get good viewership but after 6 months of it's launch Sony converted into as a Fta gec.Sony will not launch 2nd GEC in near future however, if
Sony or Colors both will launch their second GEC's in the future with fresh license or new channel !!

Is Sahara network channel still alive or shutdown??

I saw on DEN Network but needed activation. Also Filmy was available FTA. Firangi and Filmy still available on MX Player.News channels of Sahara Network available on DTH like Aalami Samay just added on Airtel DTH.
