I enrolled as a new retailer of Sun Direct and very new to Sun Direct Rbuzz app. I could see an autorenewal option in the app, but don't know what's the use of it. Can anyone help me? The purpose is, I want to recharge Malayalam DPO Pack 2 for a customer for 3 months. I am confused between topup and autorenewal options. Their dealer helpline is dead and the distributor who enrolled me is closed today. Any help would be highly appreciated.
