When TRAI told 100 DD channels are mandatory?

When creating my own pack, 100 FTA channels are pre selected saying TRAI mandate that DD channels are mandatory. We cannot change it. Can add only new channels so that NCF will increase.. Why d2h is looting in NCF also???

If I've not mistaken, d2h is not charging for additional 75 channels you are selecting to compensate for that ncf basic pack

Essel Group is doing this to SITI Cable too. In Assam we are getting similar plans as of Tata Sky. Almost all FTA channels included with NCF without any additional charge. Only few random channels we need to manually select. Plus we are also eligible for 100 pay channels slot with the same plan.

They charge NCF for channels over and above 100.
