1. Is carriage fee required for pay channel also?

2 Is it true that pay has the larger chance to available in all cable and dth platforms?

3. I think EPIC (Rs 2) and Travel XP (Rs 3) did the good job. They kept it at a lower price pay channel. Both are very good channel but doesn't got much trp.

1. Yes it is calculated in terms of reach/TRP and many other parameters including LCN,Broadcaster terms and conditions. A paid channel like a GEC like Sony TV will not require a carriage fee but the DPO needs to pay the broadcaster.
2.Yes and that is pushed in terms of a package deal.
3.Both have a limited TRP due to their genre. Travel XP HD does not get placement due to its being pay and Rs 9 which had recently being removed from Dishtv and D2h.Here this depends on many factors and so Travel XP being paid also does not find itself on many DTH platforms.
