Why Cartoon Network HD+ is not available on Airtel DTH?

so why tata sky add it and why airtel couldn't airtel have also money more than tata sky

everyone here if want cartoon network HD+ on airtel we have to regularly post on their messanger instagram and email on their [email protected] only then will add cartoon network HD+ please help me in this

and airtel have new transpoder and now they can add but we have to call them and email them for cartoon network HD+
