why don't dth operators remove these useless channels?

I don't think that Care World(very good health care channel) ,Travel Trandz and Discovery Turbo are a Crap channels
 
I think it depends from person to person whether to call a channel crap or not. On a personal note, I like UTV Action & Filmy TV. I only have DD -Gyandarshan 1 in my dth. The others DD -Gyandarshan 2 & Vyas TV, I don't have. DD -Gyandarshan 1 is a educative channel which I hardly watch. But on that note, I cannot say its a crap channel as many others may be liking it. So don't force your opinion into others. Moreover, you only answered your question in the post.
