Why Explore channel still not added on Tata sky VOD ??

While searching on internet about exlpore channel I found a 2 year old article and there it's written that explore channel will be added soon on Tata sky Vod but not added till now ,why ?:angry
2 years already over but channel not added till now, very bad.:wall
It's a very good travel channel, pls add it Tata sky asap.:'(

No, it has not been a conscious strategy. There has been an issue of affordable bandwidth on the DTH platforms we would like to partner with. The entire distribution scenario across the country will change in the coming months with the mandated digital rollout starting soon. Very soon you will see Explore on Tata Sky VoD. Other digital as well as DTH platforms will follow once we and the cable affiliates and fraternity and DTH operators understand and appreciate the full impact of the distribution industry increasingly realises the need to offer a more varied mix of channels to the consumer with more of infotainment, the scenario will change.

Don't know why ADTV and Tata sky taking long time for addition of channels if they already signed the contract with broadcasters.:wall.
Tata sky and ADTV always cheating broadcasters.:angry

I think they are signing contracts, on the basis, that payment will start, as and when d chnl gets added on d platform...
Until chnl is not on d platform, contract wud be treated as null n void. :u

no surprise in this.even ts had done deals with hundreds of channels long back,like one year, two years back..but all are not added till now..somany regional c hannels are still pending,eventhough deal was made..
