Seeking Help Why my dishtv hd+ is showing 0% signal strength and 0% signal quality

My stb showing no signal.what problem is this. should i call technician.

Try adjusting your antenna a bit. If still not working better to call a technician if u r not expert in dish aligning!

But why it is showing 0% rather than showing some lower values like 3% to 5% if it is slightly misaligned

I am facing the same issue. Don't have any Signal Strength and Signal Quality. Even if the dish is not aligned properly, it should show some signal strength. I have another LNB that I connected to my STB (Dish TruHD+) in my room with a small cable but still didn't get any signal strength. Is there any way to check if the STB LNB has some issue?
