so 6 months from the date in feb when u took this pack, u will be given price protection. call videocon d2h and ask them to credit the amount for price protection

this is not TATA SKY Bhai... to Credit the Amount for Price Protection...

in tata sky, if there is a price increase then their database automatically charges u according to the old rate for 6 months since the time u took that pack. While in videocon d2h ur account ill have deuctions according to ne rate if price hike happens even if u r eligible for price protection so one needs to call videocon d2h and get the extra amount credited for that period

bro this is one of the mandatory rules of TRAI and each dth operator has to follow it, ask dish tv if they are following it or not

There is another rule where atleast for once in a year, a customer has the right to keep his account under safe custody for max duration of 90 days but airtel dth is flouting this rule and only give this facility max for 30 days and that too at Rs 30 charge. They implemented this policy recently, earlier they were following the rule
As most people do not know about their right as a dth customer so dth companies fool, and loot people

Mostly Price Protection Activate on ARP.....Not on DDR.

advance rental packs obviously have price protection but for monthly packs too this rule applies as per thr rule i mentioned
