Will price protection applies to my account?

i guess some people in another forum did not read the terms clearly mentioned in the link below and are busy defaming videocon d2h

They say "Price protection for the entire LTR period".

So why they message for 6 months only? I paid for Annual GOLD HD on 21st March and its still reflecting due date as it was earlier. No change in due date yet.

anyone with 1 year longterm pack got their due date preponed?

My account due date is preponed almost 12 days for LTP

when contacted CC,they are giving weird answers saying that after 6months my due date would be changed to old date (ie due date with old price before 7-4-13) .It seems they are completely clueless . How to escalate ,should i email them?
any one facing the problem
