That's not problem. Actually many south indian movies are remade in hindi also same are dubbed in hindi and both versions were premiered on tv as well as Ott.

There is one YouTube channel Wam Movies India that started dubbing in Marathi but stopped after 3-4 movies they started again dubbing they recently and censored 4 to 5 movies,
They only need views
If you saw Bengali channel of the same company they dubbed 100+ movies in Bengali and they started Marathi and Bengali at the same time due to less response they stopped in Marathi but it's time to show support so they continued it.
