Xstream Remote resetting

Hello,Somebody help me to understand the key sequence for resetting the Xstream box remote resetting ?- THough the Technician made the remote to learn my TV remote keys,I am running into trouble with the volume,Hence wants to dissociate.

I am sorry that with out much googling ,I posted this query - I could find somebody already posting solution as Long press Option button and 9 button for resetting it - Thank you
