they told me that their technician will visit within 24 hours....but now it's been 48 hour but no one visited til now...

nah ....when I opened my tv....egp update was shown dn suddenly my screen got blank....dn onwards it is blank n stl its showing blank screen

I think you should Go to your nearest Dishtv service centre & told them about this !
They will definitely Solve your problem !
7 or 8 years ago , I had also same problem then I go to nearest service centre ( Vadodara ) & they solve my problem in Same Day !
The problem is normal , when software of my zenega box Updating Automatically, Electricity is Gone in my Area & Update Stopped !
They are only Update my Box Software & gave me back my STB !

Hello bro your stb is fault, one lot of arion stb unable to receive the updated version of sw. So your stb will be replaced

Today they replaced my hd box with new one
