It could be signal from Express@53e.
That satellite has similar frequency transponders ie around 10955 like 10974 H,10990 V etc,.
If you compare the Signal level (not quality) 11531,11594 and this 10955 will have almost same Signal level as they belong to one satellite ie Express@53e.
The Signal level of Yahsat TPs with be different.Do you observe that ?
I dont know from where I remember but I think SHAR has somethimg to do with Iran ?
