your suggestion for Star Suvarna

Hi guys, if you were a head of Star Suvarna what measures you would have taken to improve its ratings?
What's your expectations as audience?

Good content, WTP in every weekend, strong non-fiction property, new romantic story at night, horror/suspense story at late night slot, in evening mytho show, and moreover hard promotion, and of course, price should be reduced as ₹5 instead of ₹19.

All this sounds good on paper but Colors Kannada has dominated for years because they know what works. Zee tried what you've said already and it hasn't worked for them. During weekends yeah, Zee Kannada is doing well due to the reality shows. Otherwise they did everything possible to attract viewers. Colors i must say is terrible. Every single show is similar and they keep on dragging it for eternity.

A show "Puttagowri Maduve" which started some 4 years back has none of the original cast working for them yet the show is going on with an entirely new cast and the same old storyline being repeated. The Indian audience is just getting dumber and dumber watching these shows.

As for Star Suvarna nothing is going to work now. They have to be content with whatever viewers they have and be hopeful that Puttagowri Maduve, Agnisakshi & Lakshmi Baramma end asap and hope people tune to them. This is highly unlikely after the TRAI regulation since many wouldn't even bother subscribing to Star Suvarna.

They Telecasted WTP Movies , Big Reality Shows , Horror , Mythological Serials With Strong Promotion but No big Ratings for These Programs

They should stop time changing of existing serials for new serials...and they should telecast serials minimum one year...and they should launch new reality shows..and premier movies at weekend...

This month they closed Maharani serial
Another Serial Krishna Tulasi going off air next week
These serials have Good TRP but this channel closing these serials
This is main problem of Star Suvarna

I would have changed the channel graphics, since it has the same graphics from past 5 years
And relecasted every serial in morning hours and promoted all shows irrespectively
