Zee/Spn Signed contract with ADTV for adding channel on Launch date.
but ADTV delaying the addition..
isn't it Violation of contract?? And if there is any violation of contract, Why not Broadcasters claiming Compensation from ADTV!?

I think the contract wud be such, that payment wud start, only after d day of addition... no advance payment
