Will a channel owner allow any operator to show it in small window after paying carriage fee????

Or for small carriage fee=small window???

Friend, you are updating many thing. But please follow the below things.

1. Don't post a new news in an existing and irrelevant thread. If thread not exists create your own thread.
2. And provide the source for your news. As rahul31 posted, you can also post SS as the source.

By the way what is the source for these LCN? Why can't you let us know from where you are getting these news instead of simply saying "wait and watch"?
