They even don't have or got licenses yet. I think it's really tough time to sun network to get fresh licenses in NDA Govt.
We may see name change in existing channels, if they really want to launch HD feeds.
Let's see, what happens in future.

Even if Udaya Movies HD is launched first, it really won't make a big difference because Sun HD channels are just a simulcast of its SD channels. Everyone knows the quality of Sun HD movie channels (except for new movies).
