because its channel from zee group. May be possible that dish tv want it exclusive but d2h demand it by force. [any channel in india is mandatory to provide its feed to any dth with demanding]

Dishtv is giving it free as preview for one month only, as it is normal procedure in dishtv. And then only you come to know the channel will be available as free or ala carte.
