If you know select query in database then you can understand the below explanation.

There seems to some different sorting mechanism in the index page comparing the today's post page.

Ideally the sorting order should based on the PID in descending order so that the latest post will come at the top.

Database will usually not save the milliseconds. It will save in DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS format. So, if the order by is based on the posted time anyone can come at the top randomly since the timestamp is same for these two posts in database. It is the standard behaviour of a select query in any database.

I think that is the reason you saw Ayush bro post first followed by Rushil bro post. We may need see the code of the main index page to understand it better.

i understood it. since the time gap between these two threads was too narrow that is y i saw ayush's post first though it was rushi ji who created the post first,

so ideally rushil bro's post shud have been at the bottom n must have been below the ayush 's post since rushil ji's thread was created first but it cud not b so bcoz of the reason u just explained in ur above post n i wrote in my first line.

My fav.STAR Utsav has gone DEAD again.why it was free on satellite.from many many years.
But once it goes to PAYTV ! It comes n goes..
Is was a Indian law that all PAYTV providers give a free channel to air in their network.this year Star Utsav comes n goes dead.
Why?
The great network must do the same according to the LAW
