ZEE TV brings back horror show ‘Fear Files’ | BizAsia UK | The UK's only Asian media news site TV is bringing back ‘Fear Files’ for a second season later this month.
The show will be known as ‘Fear Files: Har Mod Pe Darr’ and will begin from Saturday 25th April in the weekend 22:30 slot.
The idea behind this season is that you can run but you cannot hide because fear can haunt you in every step you take! The show will not be just about ghosts and gore but stories that tap into fears lurking in the audience’s subconscious. The show will narrate mystifying stories that defy explanation, evoking a sense of ‘this could happen to you’. ‘Fear Files’ will explore the psychology of fear.
Unlike before, this series will be produced by various production houses including BBC Worldwide India, Bodhi Tree Productions, Shree Jagganaath Entertainment, and Essel Vision Productions.
ZEE TV business head Pradeep Hejmadi said, “We have separated the themes and made sure that each story is properly researched, which is why we commissioned four production houses. We have maintained authenticity through themes that one could relate to easily. The stories will have a strong connect with the viewers.”
The show has been commissioned for six months. It will air on ZEE TV.
