No. Alpha TV Gujarati became Zee Gujarati in 2005 and shut down in 2009. It was not replaced by anything, unlike the original Zee Punjabi (not counting the new one launched this year in January) which was replaced in 2013 by the news channel Zee Punjab Haryana Himachal.

Zee 24 Kalak was launched in 2017 and has nothing to do with the shutdown of Zee Gujarati.
