Anil Ambani tried and failed. Tech Mahindra has filed insolvency petition against RDTV and Rcom. So if they cannot prove they have funds they have to stop buying service from suppliers. The list of people refusing service includes MEASAT the transponder provider and many TV networks. Sun DTH or any other DTH can still offer to buy the customers. But the fact is they ran out of time and now RDTV cannot afford to pay their own bills. Also Rcom-Aircel failed merger may have affected negotiations with Sun Direct which were initiated by Astro group who has shares in both Aircel and Sun Group.

yes bro, but when companies declare themselves bankrupt, all the investors/ public money goes down d drain.... nobody can do anything abt it.
Investors file a court case.. and then as u know, these cases drag on for centuries in the courts.
Latest ones were sahara, and kingfisher... though both of them have money, but they re not repaying it to investors. :dodgy:

bishnu bro please understand and accept truth and ask anyone, who has recharged till 1 year how they will get 1 year money back, rdtv saying to shift into other network without thinking about them and no refund.
